Cozy hotel. Very soft bed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Nice staff. There were no utensils for eating in the room, but when we asked, we got it. Reasonable price, the room is nice and clean. They helped a lot with calling a taxi, we could have missed the airport.
Renovated in 2019, Resothel Group is located in Le Cannet and offers free WiFi. It is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Cannes.

Location is fantastic, lovely neighbourhood, supermarket is in the building, all what is needed is on a walking distance including Croissette. Parking place is excellent and in front of the building. Apartment is great and comfortable equiped with all that someone need for a stay.
Nicolas was very polite and available to help and answer all questions.

Small but nice apartment. Very clean. A small garden in front of the room. It is a separate room with a bathroom in a residential area.
I would not recommend le cannet as a destination. The flat was uncomfortable so we went for a walk but it’s a really gritty area
There are better places outside of Cannes to enjoy your holiday in the south coast
The rooms were spotless and spacious. There was a balcony that was lovely to sit out on in the evening. They had a fully stocked kitchenette that would be very handy if you were staying for more than a night. We were only there for a short stay. We arrived at 7pm and left at 6.30am so didn't get to use any facilities in the hotel. But for the time we were there we were very happy
Isabelle is a lovely host and has everything you need catered for. I love the pull down bed. I wasn’t there much which was fine. Bus stop number 1 goes direct to Cannes and all night albeit 30-40 mins but it’s fine and away from the noise in the front at Cannes. Given how expensive Cannes is this property was very affordable and great value
Excellent communication from host prior to arrival with detailed instructions for parking and arriving, so check in was a breeze. Wonderful location up in the old town beautiful views of Cannes within 100m of the property. Bed upstairs pretty comfortable and heating source upstairs so able to be warm there. Well equipped kitchen.
The location is 1 minute from the bus stop, so you can easily reach the city centre.
As I came for Cannes Film Festival, for me the price was good. In general, locations are very expensive that time of the year.
The owner was very friendly, but it can be a challenge to discuss with him if you don't speak French :)
It is a lovely apartment, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with all that you need plus some nice extra touches included for your stay in Cannes. We also availed of the airport transfer option which makes your journey hassle free. Nicolas is a very responsive, accommodating host.
We were visiting Cannes to see my brother’s film at the film festival. We took 4 appartments for our extended family. Terri, the owner met us on arrival and was very friendly and very helpful. There was a bus stop and a Lidle close to the appartment which was very handy
A lot of space in the appartment, quiet location inside a senior residence, safe parking spot inside the underground garage, good connection to the centre of Cannes by bus, 4 min walk to supermarkets, polite staff, clean rooms
The staff was super friendly. Location of the hotel is a bit away from Cannes center, but it’s very easy to reach it by taking a bus. We loved the pool on the terrace. The room was spacious and clean, AC worked very well
