Really friendly staff. The room was beautifully clean, bed comfy, bathroom towels excellent quality and breakfast was fabulous.

We liked the area, and it was well situated for a break on our journey south. There are some interesting bars and shops in the town and we had a very nice afternoon walk after we arrived. The food in the restaurant was great, we had a lovely stay.

We loved everything about Le Clos du Merle, Evelyn was a wonderful hostess who provided absolutely everything for a genuinely comfortable stay.
