Particularly found the guy at reception great. (Don’t know his name, but a middle aged man with glasses).So friendly, so welcoming, full of fun, very polite, just a lovely guy in general who spoke superb English too.
Friendly and well-organised hotel with ample parking. We arrived an hour and a half early but could enter our room 15 minutes later. Room was neat and adequate. The restaurant is somewhat impersonal but still ok.
This is the fifth time staying here. We stayed in a PMI room. Room is spacious and clean. Hôtel is in a good location for exploring the area. Breakfast is good with a good choice. Swimming pool is a bonus
Staff really did their best to resolve a problem with our booking. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent and so was the coffee. Pool looked ok but closed earlier than announced.
