The landlord was warm and hospitable, very considerate, and helped deliver the stored luggage to the airport, making my last day of play very easy. The room is clean and tidy, with complete equipment and facilities, especially the kitchen. Although the location is not very close to the city center, public transportation is very convenient, and both Route 7 and Route 14 can be reached within 10 minutes’ walk. If I come to Nice again next time, I will still choose this place!

Hotel was in an excellent location right across the road from the train station and within very easy distance for walking into town. Our room had a lovely little balcony which was nice for airflow etc but our shower was blocked and my partner had to unblock it himself.
