We stayed in a spacious family room with a fully equipped kitchen and a garden. Loix is lovely and quiet. There is supermarket round the corner and a farmers market too (open all mornings during summer holidays) as well as a bakery. Swimming pool is great! From Loix it's easy to cycle to any other towns. There are two cycle hires in Loix.

We love this area. As we have a dog it's great to find a ground floor garden room that accepts dogs. Good French style breakfasts available at an additional cost.

Cool location right by the beach. Good if you arrive by bus from La Rochelle too. Several restaurants, a supermarket and bike rental nearby. Pretty quiet in June but would be noisy in the busy season.
