Beautifully updated, intimate hotel in a historic abbey dating from the 13th century. The family who runs the property greeted us warmly and took great care of us throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

The hosts, Antoine and Ilham, are a lovely couple, very friendly and welcoming.
The room service was perfect, whenever we came back to the hotel, our room was cleaned, new towels were there.
Truly, everything was amazing.
Also, the location is perfect, it’s almost in center of French Riviera.

Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of nature, but not too isolated so as to be difficult to reach. The hosts are wonderful, always kind, attentive and responsive. The hotel had just opened and was well decorated, we had a great breakfast by the pool and the Cabane where we stayed was very cute. Highly recommended, hope to be back again soon!

The village was pretty, nice restaurants.. We ate a pizza at Le Tigre... The cobbled streets and quiet atmosphere was very relaxing. Only 20mins drive from the Airport and Nice. Great location for exploring the area both inland and at the coast.

We have had a fantastic week at La Bastide Gourmande, Antoine and his wife are wonderful hosts, very hospitable and friendly. The facilities here are excellent, there is a pool, two terraces, a pool table, ping pong, and a hot tub jacuzzi. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful but only a short drive from Nice, Cannes, St Paul de Vence, Antibes, and plenty of other places to visit.
We highly recommended this hotel and would love to return.
Only one thing : the pool!!!! Everything else from customer service to facilities in room were terrible! There’s no hot water , the AC does not work , the Wi-Fi is inaccessible from hotel room as you will be in a club campsite , the Wi-Fi does not reach that area , I have evidence of AC NOT working and Wi-Fi , I informed the hotel 4 days before checkout and they did nothing , they don’t care
The location of the hotel and the property itself exceeded all our expectations. You get a 5 star service. Beautiful and spacious interiors and very attentive staff. Valet parking is very convenient. The Hotel is situated perfectly for both beach destinations and small mountain villages for cozy romantic dinners. I will definitely come back there again! :)
We were welcomed by the friendly host Bruno who told us all things practical. Lovely stone cottage located in the beautiful hills around Nice. La Colle sur Loup is an ideal location for going on excursions (and for getting your breakfast and pizza at the local bakery Pizzatti). House was elegantly furnished and very comfortable. We hope to come back soon.
Definitely one of the best places where we have stayed. Beautiful, clean, simple yet tasty breakfasts but most importantly the attitude! The positive attitude of the host makes guests feel engaged and welcomed. All in all that makes the trip unforgettable. 10 out of 10!

This was the most charming stay ever! We love boutique hotels, and this one by far tops the chart. The history of the place, the secret chapel, the decor and overall aesthetic: 10/10. I hardly wanted to get out and explore because it was so so beautiful. Charlotte was an amazing host, and you can tell there’s so much heart and soul in the place.
