Garden with the river flowing through, unusual and peaceful. A very satisfactory restaurant, not exceptional cooking, but good. Nice staff. Spacious parking.

The room was beautiful, tastefully done. The location was perfect for exploring the local restaurants and bars. The staff (during the day) were exceptional from the young lady that checked us in to Teva who looked after us with recommendations of local pastis and wines.

Lovely town! It is all I thought a small French town would be! Its full of working & stationary waterwheels which add such a charm and uniqueness to this magical place. The Saturday market was amazing and fun, and the shops had exactly the types of purses that I love! Yes, I bought one! The one restaurant we went to was absolutely delicious! It's exquisite!

I stayed in late December, so not generally ideal for tourists. Don't be put off if you need to travel in winter. This is a great little town and surrounding area. It is full of history and character with very friendly locals. Shops are well-stocked with some intriguing items for sale. The centre of town is generally traffic free but there is plenty of free public parking on the fringe of the island. There are plenty of health services, beauty services and even a hospital. The Thursday market should not be missed. The town changes character in the late afternoon when locals come out into the last of the winter sun for their aperitifs. I was sad to leave and plan to return soon.

A lovely little town - the Venice of Provence!
A lovely little town - the Venice of Provence! Big enough to offer a variety of things to do and small enough to explore over a few days watch out for Sundays - it's packed with people for the antique market and all car parking spaces disappear. Some wonderful restaurants and small shops and well located for exploring the Luberon.

If you don't need to wash your clothes, this is a great choice - in a convenient central location and nicely decorated rooms. But, there was no washing machine as described online and we were told to go to a 15min-away laundromat that could take credit card, but there was no way to pay by credit card. free parking in several nearby public parking places.

Charming village; busy and colourful Sunday market; beautiful weather. Plenty of bistros and restaurants. Infrequent public transport: it is important to obtain the SNCF railway timetable and the 906 bus service timetable (and read them carefully!).

We stayed at this hotel in 2005 and remembered it as a great place to stay and that opinion hasn't changed. Great location, just across the river from the old town with an easy walk to most of the restaurants in town. Large, well kept rooms, good beds, large bathroom, plenty of hot water, elevator, friendly and accommodating staff, and secure parking in the hotel parking lot or underground. Excellent breakfast at extra cost. Great value for the money and I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel room was very nice and spacious and I benefitted from a free upgrade to a superior room with a large comfortable double bed. The terrace is lovely with a nice bar. I did not eat at the restaurant but it has great reviews and was busy. You get free secure parking. The hotel staff were pr8fessional, friendly and made me feel welcome. Itvis on a busy road but yiu cannot hear it once yiu are in the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and L'sle Sur La Sorgue is a very pretty village
The hotel was typically Provencal, beautifully appointed. We had a lovely bedroom & bathroom & separate walk-in wardrobe, so plenty of room. Very good breakfast. We did not dine at the hotel but at their other restaurant Cafe Fleurs which was very good. Athough there is no parking at the hotel, the 150yds or so to the carpark was perfectly fine, plus it was free. There was always a place for us.
The hosts of the property were very welcoming. The facilities and decor were well thought out and was home away from home. The property was well located in relation to the village. Lots to see beautiful part of the world. The host provided suggestions for sightseeing which was much appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Provence.
Nice 3 floor house, 200mtr from the hotel, in centre and nearby river and restaurants. Comfortable bed, in master bedroom airco and complete kitchen. Authentique hotel with nice garden where you can have a drink on the terrace. Little but nice pool inside. Very kind staff, all of them. And very kind for our dog.
One of the best things about this apartment was the location. It was right in the heart of the old town of l’Isle sur la Sorgue. It was also sparkling clean and decorated in a hip, quirky way which we loved. The covered outdoor patio was also a treat. I highly recommend 54 la Provence!
Staff were friendly and outgoing. Location was a bit strange/hard to find, but it also made it feel like a special discovery to stumble upon a nice hotel tucked away where it was. Breakfast room is right on the river - very nice.
Maison Piloni is a 4 bedroom, bed and breakfast, centrally located and owned by a lovely couple. They take pride in their home and are very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect to walk to the central part of town.
The stay was magical, it exceeded all expectations. You can feel the real Provence vibe pouring from every conner of this old beautiful house. The host was super nice and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay!
Sophie is a great host. Passionate about France and her property and the little town too. Lots of great recommendations to sightseeing and bakery. Clean and centrally located place. Super convenient
Best property in which we stayed over 5 months inin France. Great location. Park in the village lot, Parking du Portalet, and walk everywhere. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed.
Lovely gîte set in a cherry orchard. Well furnished and fully equipped and an ideal location for exploring Provence and the mountain villages in the Luberon
