Sous les Remparts is a beautiful, character home in a wonderful, historic location. Our hostess could not have been more warm and welcoming. She was very kind and nothing was too much trouble. There was a very generous breakfast with local produce - all beautifully presented. We felt very well looked after. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. Lovely hot shower. Our room was so large and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. The views to the garden were a joy to wake up to and if it was warmer, we would have taken advantage of the lovely pool. Breakfast was perfect and it was so lovely to meet the owners, Matt and Helene.

Melanie was extremely helpful as we got lost in Limoges as our GPS was not working. She phoned us and decided to meet us at Liomoges Airport to follow her to the house. Melanie went out of her way to assist us.

Beautiful old converted barn. Has a ground level bedroom with disabled access. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and speak English but were having an argument the morning I left so didn't chat to them :-) I There is off road parking and they let me put my motorbike under cover. . Lovely breakfast with a home made yoghurt. Room and bed were comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and our host worked extremely hard to make us welcome. The bedroom was large and beautifully furnished with carefully chosen antique pieces. Beautiful main staircase. The location was very handy to the A20 and the rural outlook was beautiful.
