Wonderful warm friendly host (Jean) who was very attentive & considerate at making us feel comfortable. We were a family of 3 adults & 1 dog who was very happy at the property given the large outdoor area she had to play with Jean’s dog. Exactly what was required. Well equipped and good value for money
The village of Janaillat, is very tranquil and calm.
The village of Janaillat, is very tranquil and calm. It was just perfect to get away from it all and relax. We had a lovely stay, and some lovely walks around the village taking in the beautiful countryside and looking at the wild flowers and the various wildlife (deers in the fields, buzzards and sparrow hawks).
Janaillat is central in the Creuse, and by car is very easy to visit all the hsitorical towns and villages.
This location would also be perfect for cyclists as the roads and so quiet.
