Lovely small town, spread out over the side of a series of mountains. Very Basque/French. Plenty of opportunity to have either a short stroll or some serious walking. The views of the mountains are excellent and definitely an out door activity place to stay.
Very historic church opposite Hotel Du Chen, listen out for the bells!!
The location is very quiet, but a little hard to find (our GPS didn't recognize the exact address); the hotel is very cute and had we had time, we would have liked to try the restaurant, which seemed lovely and had a live jazz band playing that evening. The breakfast was good.
