Shower has strong power, warm and cold water all day.
The Owner is very helpful and kind, despite my inability to speak french - we used got friendly and helpful service for ever details we needed.
The room size is spacey. comes with kettle for making tea alongside tea set
Toilets and shower are very clean
There is a kitchen were we cooked stove, microwave and fridge which we used.
Breakfast was local style, delicious bred. croissant and cereal with coffee.

A lovely clean, well maintained property in the most fantastic location, excellent for exploring the Parc National du Mercantour. The hosts were very friendly and unobtrusively on hand for any questions or assistance.
We cooked in each evening and the kitchen and kitchen equipment were perfectly adequate.
As the high mountine evenings can be cool at this time of year the wood-pellet fired stove was a real treat.

We loved how clean it was and cosy. There were many books for children and grown ups as well as games.
Located in Valberg, on the edge of a pedestrian square and in front of the ski slopes, Le Chalet Suisse features a garden, a terrace and a bar. Spa facilities are available at an additional cost.

We didn't really visit Guillaumes itself properly as the accomodation is 9km away up the mountain, but it seemed a pleasant town and is in a great position for exploring the Parc. We did visit several nearby towns which were very interesting, notably Entrevaux and Colmars.
Booked in a rush as cycling and suddenly caught in bad weather. Only place available, thought I was booking a hotel room only to find a full apartment for myself. Bit over the top for a solo traveller but was comfortable and was able to prepare a meal as supermarket nearby. I
We toured France for 3 weeks, and this was our favourite hotel. The landlady was such a lovely woman, so friendly and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spacious and clean, and had a nice balcony. Overall, a really nice hotel.
We've got a room with kitchen equipment. Nice terrace with a view on a castle and main square, soundproof rom, free parking place just in front of a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and Mercantour national park.
Very pleasant room. Stylish comfortable. Well situated hotel in the middle of the town. We were cycle touring and there was adequate space for us to store bikes in the room.
