Good location with easy access to autoroutes
Despite being advised that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday (edit advised to booking.com), the staff made a special arrangement to provide a very good dinner. We were very grateful.

Perfect location for an overnight stop.
We had requested a downstairs room because we have a dog. When we arrived we had been allocated a 2nd floor room (without lift). The receptionist quickly changed the room for a downstairs one.
The room was clean and bed comfy.
The included breakfast was traditional continental (bread, jam, pastries, coffee) but was very nice and much appreciated.
Plenty of parking, right outside the local police station.
There was a small supermarket a few hundred metres down the road, for essentials.
There was a vending machine which had drinks/snacks and a couple of ready meals for €5.50 with a microwave alongside, to heat up.
Hotel ARBOR - Les Hunaudieres - Le Mans Sud - Mulsanne is located 10 km south of Le Mans and 5 km from the Automobile Museum. It offers a non heated outdoor swimming pool and a partly covered terrace....

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The ambience was excellent and the restaurant service fantastic, although a limited menu the food was delicious.

Booked as it stated dog friendly however there was not even one table inside or on their terrace where you were able to eat. Ibis are 100 percent more accommodating.
Set 2 km from the picturesque historic town of Le Mans, 6 km from the exit n°23 of the A28 highway, this hotel is also 5.4 km from Le Mans Circuit.

The situation was where we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good - the breakfast was particularly tasty. The room was typically a Campanile - but comfortable and clean.
