A very comfortable, clean, quiet apartment. We had forgotten to contact the host prior to arrival yet the lady on site was very helpful, called the owner and we were let in immediately.

The main reception man on arrival was very friendly,efficient, considerate and friendly I knew we would enjoy our stay as he had a lot of people to deal with booking in but did it in a great way,not rushing you through but ticking the boxes. He's an asset to your team and that's why I'm giving you this feedback as usually I can't be bothered but he requested it and due to his hard work I feel its the least I can do. We only stayed one night as a stop over on our way south and hotel was easy to find and only seemed a short walk into the main town. Hotel, rooms and grounds very well kept and clean. We arrived on a Sunday so restaurant in adjacent hotel was closed but there is an excellent food truck in the garden area which served a basic but good menu as well as drinks, all set in the lovely garden. Good breakfast selection in the morning. Nice staff also. Free coffee and tea available in reception area for guests.

The breakfast is a bit expensive, but really generous. There were many options available. A feast!
The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was huge! Very comfortable.
I loved the water distributors on the corridors that had sparkling water! Just a small detail, but very nice!
We booked a face treatment and a massage on the spa, and we really liked it.
The location is great, next to many nice restaurants with lake view.
We have read some comments online criticizing the hygiene in the pools, but at least for this last weekend, everything was very clean!

Beautiful town and incredible views. It was very quite but still busy however, not many young tourists at all though. The lakes are incredible and so nice to swim in. It was a great stop over for a couple days on our way to Switzerland.
Amazing hotel, incredibly stylish and with so much character and attention to detail in the rooms and the common areas, and it gave you this feeling of the Belle Epoque of the European royals. The pool and garden were magic. Amazing service and facilities, great staff, great breakfast. It was a little oasis of peace!
You could see that this is a brand new hotel. It was a very comfortable and nice room with a great bed and a clean, big bathroom. Very friendly staff, enough parking space. Ideal for people who are passing through and in need of just a bed.
Price-quality top!
The Ibis is a good value budget hotel. Not too far from Aix Les Bains and the lake. There was a children’s bunk bed in the room so ideal for a family of 3. There was lovely strip lighting under the wooden trim along the walls which gave a warm ambiance.
