We were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our room. We had an excellent view of the lake right in front of us from our balcony. The room was very clean and we had a mini bar, too. Our dog was given a treat pouch with a tennis ball, which was lovely. We were also given a flexible checkout time, too.

I gave this score as the Hotel and Staff were excellent. The rooms were big and clean. The bed was comfy and we were allowed to book in early. The bathroom was clean and the shower was at a very good pressure.

Fantastic location and lovely food. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Lift to our room and easy access fire escape. Very quiet. Off road parking. Nice area outside to sit and eat, drink or read.

The hotel is a little bit off the main road, but that's what we liked. Very quiet. Beds were comfortable. I would have liked to stay another day! Cozy, clean and traditionally decorated. Food was simple, warm and fresh in the morning.
