The Metro etc is just down the road so there is no problem...
The Metro etc is just down the road so there is no problem getting into the centre of Paris during daylight. However, it is advisable to travel back to the hotel at a reasonable time due to the intricate transport system of Paris......unless one is well experienced with the system.
I would definitely stay here again, though.
There are some good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Our room was cold, i asked reception solve my problem, but they changed our room to a worth room, and when i complained to resection, they told me “here is 3 star hotel , is not 4 or 5 star hotel!”
Finally they didn’t solve my problem and They continued to misbehave.

Quite far from Paris itself which is something I didn’t realise when booking. Luckily I had my own car to travel in however if I had to catch a taxi or public transport it would have been quite expensive. There are no shops nearby and the area itself is more like a construction site

Onestly ı did not like the hotel. the beds ara 3 but two laying dawn one bed is over the double bed and at knight ı hit my head to this low bed and ı lost much blood ı stooped the blood from my head by towl tuch.
the room so much litle may be 9 m2 (trible room !!!!)

Multicultural “village” on the edge of central Paris.
Multicultural “village” on the edge of central Paris. It felt like a village as people seemed to know each other , there were several shops, restaurants and bars and regular busses and a metro station a bus ride down the road(or 25 min walk).
The accommodation has a rating that does not reflect the reality. it is actually way better (at least 8). very quiet rooms! Very clean in the rooms, metro across the street (not that far from Paris actually), decent price, real (not stupid “French” one) breakfast - with eggs, bacon, cheese (although repetitive and not so many options). Safe area.
Everything was perfect. The underground parking is convenient and safe. The hotel is very clean. The staff is polite. Great choice for breakfast. Excellent value for money and quality. I highly recommend this place.
