We chose the location as the closest reasonably priced place to the Groupama stadium. I wouldht chose this for a weekend in Lyon as its a half hour drive to the centre but if you have reason to be in the location then it is perfect. Quiet, clean, comfortable.
The hotel suited perfectly for a transit stay (we used it both ways on our journey) or a short stay around Lyon. For a family, the room is very well made with a large sofa-bed and double bed. Good hygiene levels for COVID-19 rules e.g. cups in room were individually packed.
Breakfast was good enough to fuel yourself for the morning. Staff is cordial, with smooth check-in and check-out process.
The hotel with parking is located a few meters from the center of Genas and approximately 10 minutes by car from the Groupama stadium.
There is a bus right in front of the hotel towards 'Vaux-en-Velin La Soie' and then the metro which will take you to Lyon.
The room was comfortable, breakfast nice and the staff were friendly and helpfull.
Excellent location, comfortable apartment and onsite parking out of sight from the road. Nice relaxed feel to Genas with pretty much everything you could need within walking distance - we used Carrefour for snacks, the fromagerie for cheese, Nomade microbrewery for beer, Terra Nova for an evening meal, and the baker for breakfast.
Excellent welcome; lovely décor; spacious; luxurious fittings; large bath with safety handles; enclosed parking near room; dreamily comfortable bed with gorgeous linen; easy to find and near m/way. Hôtel restaurant closed but we received by mail a list of alternatives.
