This excellent little hotel exceeding our expectations. We had a lovely warm welcome from the lady on reception and she speedily checked her air conditioning so that our room was warm. We'd been given a quiet room as we'd requested. It was incredibly good value for money - spotlessly clean, easy to find from the main road, and a very good, low priced breakfast, better than some we'd had in France that were more expensive. The room was simple, well designed and comfortable. Everyone staying in the hotel was friendly too - it was quite busy - mostly French people on weekends or short holidays in Normandy. There was plenty of secure parking.

The town itself has nothing to offer, except for being very central to reach any place in the Baie de la Somme-area. Not that many shops either, but there's an Intermarché supermarket just 5 minutes driving from the appartment.

I didn’t really visit Friville-Escarbotin. One of the things that we really appreciated was that Friville-E. is kind of in the center between La Baie de Somme in Picardie and Le Tréport in Normandy. That’s why we chose to stay there for a couple of nights.
Nice place to be if you want to travel in those two regions in a couple of days.

The staff were amazing. A special mention for Charlotte on reception, friendly, efficient and understanding. Breakfast very good value for money. Close to Intermarché, grill restaurant and MacDonalds. Intermarché cafe very good for lunch. Ideal stopover hotel when travelling between England and France.
Clean but basic accommodation. The room was a good size but sparsely furnished. There is free, secure parking and the hotel is dog friendly. The breakfast was excellent with great coffee, fresh orange juice, and freshly baked pastries. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby.
Proprietor was very friendly & helpful.
Breakfasts have improved since my last visit to a BB with some basic hot options.
