The host was very welcoming and obviously takes great pride in his house and gardens. We had the whole of the second floor to ourselves which included a pool table and a library. We opted to have table d’hotes (the hosts table) which is eating with the host. This was a leisurely way to dine over the full evening. The food was delicious, being locally sourced and fresh produce. Thank you for the experience.

The appartment is lovely. It's very well equipped, very comfortable, kitchen is great, double bed is large and comfortable, shower is luxurious and hot. The lady and her husband who own the property are both really nice and very helpful. It's also in a lovely location. We would certainly stay again!

Good breakfast. Good Wlan. Unique place. Very quiet as we were the only guests. Common TV room. Roman remains a short walk away but could only be seen from a distance. Several musical events coming up soon, so it will have a totally different atmosphere then. Official car park is in the field outside, by the large crucifix. Very friendly & helpful people there.
