The breakfast is quite good, with plenty of options and fresh food. The employees are very friendly, and the kids loved the swimming pool. The beds are comfortable and clean. We regret not having dinner here, as we chose another restaurant in town that we didn’t enjoy.

Nice room and bathroom, albeit rather smaller than we had hoped for. Breakfasts and evening dinners were all excellent. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking for the car and the hotel is situated in a pretty little town, within walking distance of the Chateau Cheverny.

The location itself, Tour-en-Sologne, was a beautiful little town which we enjoyed walking around. The hotel is very well situated, just 15 minutes or so from Chambord to see the grandest chateau of the Loire and 15 minutes from Blois which is a beautiful town on the river with its own amazing Château. There are several other Château close by. There are plenty of dinner options nearby with ample variety to suit any palate. The breakfast provided was great and was more than enough to energise a day of Château viewing. There was plenty of parking just off the road in front of the hotel. The receptionist upon arrival was a delight and spoke great English. The room was a great size, much bigger than that photos suggest, and was well presented on our arrival.

Le Saint Florent is located in Mont Près Chambord, 11 kilometres from Blois. It offers 3-star accommodation, free Wi-Fi internet access.

The hotel was really easy to find and was located well for visiting the area. We came to see Chambord specifically and chose the hotel just for the one night. Great choice! It was very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. All round a good place to spend a few nights.
