The staff at this Auberge were extremely polite, helpful and courteous,nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was exceptional,this can be validated by the amount of visitors it had each day.
Very peaceful surroundings, with a camping site next door to the Auberge.One small pointer that room 12 would be difficult for people with mobility problems,because of nuthe four steps leading to the WC and main bedroom, other than that a lovely Auberge to rest and enjoy.

The hotel is right in the centre but there is no parking. On a busy day this is difficult but once day visitors leave there are places…..beware Wednesday is a big market day so lots of spaces become unavailable. Inside the hotel is like a rabbit warren with steep stairs access to all rooms. Room number directions are written on the walls. Our room and the linen was clean, a simple set up with excellent new shower but TV never worked even though we mentioned it to Thomas. The ladies who served breakfast and did the cleaning work hard and were friendly and tolerant of out poor French. Thomas, who had very good English, was only accessible by phone but answered queries promptly- we never actually met him. Value for money…….it was high season so therefore not cheap cheap ( we’re normally travelling this way after school holidays) but it might be worth checking rates with the hotel directly as they claim to be cheaper. We liked Wissant-wonderful long beach walks and plenty of restaurants in town.

The beds were clean and comfy and the shower was nice and powerful. Entry was super easy and it was in the very middle of town.

And I had to take a picture of the beds to show that I brought my own bedding!!! It's really crazy!!!

When I asked to get the money back, she asked me to write her a good feedback first
After I wrote her harsh things in an email, she says she won't give me the money back because I didn't bring bed linen, and I soiled hers!!!
