Veronique and Jean Marc are THE most delightful hosts. They are the kindest, most sincere people and the attention to detail is second to none. They truly couldn’t do enough to make our stay a wonderful and memorable one. This beautiful property sits in a tranquil and peaceful setting, has gorgeous rooms, tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest standard- so clean and exceptionally spacious. Loved this place. Reasonable price. Small guest house, lovely spacious room with large comfortable bed. And perfect pillows (it’s the decider for me!!!). Beautiful garden with quirky seating areas and a path down to a bathing pool in the river. Breakfast outside with home made yoghurt, warm crispy croissants and good coffee (another decider). Slept with the windows open and listened to the sound of the frogs singing from the river. Bliss.

The studio was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Shona is very friendly, knowledgeable and speaks English.

Really remote, quiet and peaceful. The host was great, 3 tired and hungry bikers who provided food and wine late in the evening and a great breakfast.
