Our second visit here, lovely abbey hotel, really nice helpful staff. Rooms are lovely with comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good value. Short walk to town square with good restaurants and bars. Can highly recommend Au Balcon restaurant in the square. Super hotel and we can’t wait to come back.

The chef in the evening, who also handled the check-in due to a shortage of staff, was very friendly and helpful. The dinner was very good, although the waitress could have needed more help from another person. The treatment with our dog was very friendly. Very nice british guests too. The history of the hotel is interesting. We had a very good room. Do not take standard rooms but supreme rooms in the first floor and you will be glad. The dinner menue is 59 Euros at least, reservation needed.
