Breakfast was amazingly generous, and with treats and jams cooked by Dominique, who gave great advice on local sites to visit and started the water mill so we could see it operating. Fabulous views of the garden and river. Lovely to see the well-behaved, friendly dog, the ducklings and hens and the fruit trees. It is clear that nature is cherished here. The interior decor is quite eclectic. Lots of hot water, comfortable bed and sofas. Big and deep pool but we were the first visitors this year so understandably it was not filled yet. I loved it but would not have wanted to take my children there when they were young what with the fast-flowing river and mill wheel.

a beautifull farmstay, simple but perfect rooms that share a bathroom and a comunal kitchen. A lot of nice sitting areas to chill and great nature that gives you the posibility to stroll through woods and fields. dozens of shetlandponys a friendly dog a friendly cat and Vhantal and Bertrand as lovely hosts. At walking distance a nice little bar restaurant with good breakfast and lunch menue. a perfect place to dream, relax and desconect. I will be back!

Breakfast was exceptional served in a beautiful room, with plenty of variety and plenty of drink’s available.
The property was only 10 minutes stroll into Duras. It was great having a house for a holiday with facilities like a washing machine/ equipped kitchen/ lounge/TV (as opposed to a hotel room). It was lovely being about to pop to town in the morning to pick up a baguette 😊 The garden had wonderful views and it was very peaceful. The hosts Sue and Alan were fabulous and very friendly - when we had an issue with the hot water they resolved it quickly, and they gave us tips about the area.
The apartment was very quiet in a pretty area overlooking a small valley . Within 5 mins of Duras and20 mins of Eymet where we had most of our meals. The kitchen is well equipped, even had a small cafetière (!) which we used daily. There was a nice pool too but alas the weather was a little cool so we did not use it. The pool is not private and is used by the owners as well who live right next door, but they were also very quiet. A nice apartment.

Practically in the centre of Duras, the location was excellent. The staff were quirky, but very helpful. The restaurant is excellent with a delicious selection of quality cuisine. The lead waitress was wonderful.
