Amazing hotel and staff really cool. Beds were comfy. Potential for 10/10. Found a little light in a set of plug sockets on the table that worked as a night light for the kids which was a bonus.

Booking.com confirmed our booking and took our money, but the hotel seemed closed or had long term residents. A manager did say they realised that we had booked and managed to find us a room at another hotel which we also had to pay for. How do we get our money back?
