Reception was extremely friendly and hospitable. The house was very nice. Our stay was really enjoyable.
The rooms are new, there is still a hint of paint in the air. The beds are very comfortable. We heard from people in the village that the director of the thermal spa bought the beautiful building La souveraine in May and it is recently opened to welcome guests after being left empty for 30 years. Now they are gradually improving the building and hotel. That information in mind makes sense, the exterior of the building could definitely need some love and paint but is future work.
The hotel is extremely well located, a few steps away from the spa and the casino. Our room was comfortable and we particularly liked the fact that we could have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, with a yummy child-friendly buffet. What made our stay special is the team’s kindness. I was tragédie alone with my two kids and they made us feel
home.
Very friendly personal, nice clean room, delicious breakfast, and good swimming pool! We ordered dinner at the restaurant which is 100 meter from the hotel and the food from that restaurant was very tasty! thank you, we enjoyed our short visit!
