My room is very spacious and clean, the bed is so comfy. The neighbourhood and inside my room was so quiet, I didn't hear any noise from outside or from other rooms. The breakfast is so good, so many to choose from. Train station to Paris city centre is few minutes away by foot. There are convenience store, boulangerie and restaurants nearby. Great location for value of money. I will definitely come back!

We loved the convenience- close to shops (both downstairs and in the main part of Colombes and train station) Great that there’s one electric fan and a washing machine which we utilized because it was such a hot few days in Paris and we also need to wash our clothes!

Incredible view from the window and very friendly hostess - Yao. The apartment met absolutely all my needs.
This accommodation isn't in the city, but in the region. This wasn't my first trip to Paris and I'm very familiar with the Parisian public transport system and the city itself, so there were no problems for me. But I'm sure Yao will be able to give good advice for those who don't know anything.
It's not very suitable for those who believe that they don't need any passes and only ten tickets will be enough for them.

Has all you need for your stay with the kitchen equipment, smart TV, wifi. It's heated so was nice and warm. Near the E Leclerc supermarket so was easy to pick up food en route. Was met on arrival by the host and shown how to access the apartment down the garden. Lovely quiet residential area

Owner was excellent and he provided the keys properly and response for my SMS and telephone calls was excellent. Yeah humble owner suiting to everybody’s needs.
Street parking meant 3 streets away
Cole water kicked in after half a hour, not enough for two people
I bet that you had to use a ladder to climb into it’s not suitable for an elderly person

The host sent us on a wild goose chase by providing two different very addresses before we arrived - it took 2 hours and lots of wasted petrol before we got in to the apartment..
The host made this issue significantly worse by making it super difficult to communicate with them - they refused to answer the phone and insisted communication could only be by email or WhatsApp (the latter of which I do not use).
The apartment was OK but a number of things did not work at all (Dishwasher, wifi) or were dysfunctional (Shower - blocked drain, couch - broken slats).
Although technically free, Parking was extremely limited in its availability - we had to park a 10 min walk (1km away) - not good when it is raining.
The neighbourhood was nice and quiet with nice neighbours however the metro station was a 20min+ walk, even at a quick pace.
I would not stay here again - is due to unacceptable issues we experienced with the host and also issues with maintenance of the apartment.

The place is amazing.... comfortable, with the king bed, eye catching view.... The host is unbelievably kind, caring, beautiful.... I felt home... She offers U the endless kindness and guidance about the city.....I would definitely come back again...and recommend the place to all my friends.... For me the place was better that a hotel... The distanc with Paris is less than 20 minutes... U can get there super easy with chip price.... don't hesitate to book... I have been in this place for 2 weeks and just loved it... great experience
Excellent hotel, comfortable and clean. I really liked a zoo theme of the hotel, there are wooden animal statues, pictures of animals in frames on walls and on a carpet, very interesting. The hotel's staff are very polite and helpful. Special thanks to the receptionist Christine who helped us in a variety of things related to our travel and stay in the hotel.

Great interior, feels almost like in a boutique hotel. Excellent internet. Full kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Adequate bathroom. Few min walk to a tram stop and then 10 min ride to La Defense. Closest cafes are probably 10-15 min walk. Very good price.
The hotel was generally clean and the price was very reasonable. The night staff were pretty helpful especially Ahmed. The location was pretty close to the metro and there were a couple of places to eat plus supermarkets nearby.
The kitchen staff were lovely when we needed something stocked at the breakfast. The room was a fair size. There is free parking on the street behind the hotel and the tram is only a few moments walk.
Yao was amazing host, we felt at home in her apartment. She was very communicative and ready to help with everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone who is staying in Paris.
The surrounding is super nice, quiet, and lovely neighbourhood. Train station is close by (Colombes) and also bus stops. There are many shops close to the station as well.
