Very clean. Anonymity of a big chain hotel. If you are looking for a small and cute hotel, this is not for you. Good transport (tram) to old town. Too long to walk all the time. Near a main road but windows block the noise. Good and quiet a/c. Note that the hotel is not in old or new town, which I liked. Quiet during the night. Excellent and not crowded pool with great views. Nice beds.

The staff are fantastic! And the location was perfect for my event. It's opposite the beach, and a minutes walk to the back streets with plenty of restaurant options. It has a good bar with a lovely view to relax in the evening, with a live band.

.The room was spacious, with separate bedroom, seating room, kitchen, toilet and shower room all with sliding walls/doors. Bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The shower was good although more of a wet room than a shower room. The breakfast in the hotel opposite was fantastic with everything you could wish to eat. Location was good for downtown Nice and the promenade des anglaise.
