The location was perfect for a stop on route to Italy. We wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfy and the shutters perfect for blocking out the light. As a result we slept very well. The breakfast was lovely - lots of choice and everything so fresh. The setting and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We can’t fault anything!

Stayed here many times with our dog. We are given a room on the ground floor with doors to beautiful courtyard sheltered and full of flowers.

This hotel is a true gem! It has great service and ambience. The room we stayed in was large and the beds were very comfortable. It is perfectly located a small distance from Orleans and many of the castles of the Loire river while being in a quiet and rural area where you can easily relax. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. The outdoor dining area is beautiful and the food is very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend this highly enough!
Simple but clean hotel rooms, fine for a one night stay on your way to your holiday adress or back home.
Make sure you are on time for dinner (with nice weather outside in the garden), this was incredibly delicious: in fact Villa des Bordes is a TOP restaurant with simple overnight facilities, a perfect breakfast and secure car parking on the hotel grounds!
