I get why they got many bad reviews but it’s not applicable to our case
Should keep in mind that it’s a stop over not a place to enjoy a night !
There are 3 building, one very close to high way, if by bad luck you got a room there, be prepared for a tough night.
Each building has 2 levels, if you get 1st floor it’s nosier than on 2nd floor. I have a next door neighbour but as we got back at 10pm exhausted after a whole day in Futuroscope, even more families next or above, it doesn’t matter at all.
Our room has 1 double bed, real big double and 2 single bed. Not 4 stars hotel but all good with white sheet et pillow cover.
I love the bathroom much spacious then ibis budget or ibis hotel. It’s not so modern but clean and water run strong.
Huge parking but lots of cars so if checking late you risk hard time to find a slot b
Checkin and out took 1 - 2 minutes, easy clean and quick.

The hotel was located on Futuroscope with Futuroscope pricing for what was a rather basic hotel. If you are looking for a good value overnight stop-over of reasonable quality during a long journey, you might well be a little disappointed and would do well to avoid the Futuroscope resort area to get better value.

What wasn't the best was the bedrooms at the hotel. I wrote a message to Booking.com but they just sent me a standard response with a toll-free number that didn't work from a French mobile! It was really Booking.com that made the false promises, saying that if you're at Genius Level 2 you can get a free upgrade (not true!) and free breakfast for the family (fake news!) and I had chosen this particular place because it was a Genius choice hotel in the area I needed to stay in!
The best part of my stay was when I moved into a better hotel down the road!!!

At first I was very excited to go on vacation however there is really not much to do especially for adults the bars close at 21h and not open on Saturday and Sundays. The entertainment centres are really terrible. For a place like this you would expect lots of activities but seems like the only thing is happening in futuroscope. There is so much potential in this small place. Even the savage is 30min away very inconvenient

Perfect for a one night stay to break up a long journey. V.close to the motorway. Our daughter loved the bunk bed and we thought the beds were exceptionally comfortable for a budget class hotel. Basic but modern and not totally soulless as was expecting. Easy parking. We’ll definitely seek out Ibis Budget for future motorway stop offs.

A nice French-style little village, where tranquility and sympathy go hand in hand. Quieter than Poitiers and much closer, when visiting the Futuroscope thematic park. The Chateau du Clos de la Ribaudiere is always a must stay when in the region, although prices can be challenging for some purses.

We had a nice family room, the shower was great. Bathroom and toilet separated was a plus. Breakfast was good and the future hotel tycoon at the reception had hospitality as het second name. He really is a nice and humorous guy.
Tip: In general the hotel offered a great breakfast. It would be very thoughtful to have a basket with already cooked eggs. As a gesture it now is possible to cook them yourself, but this resulted in a liquid egg as I'm not used to cooking my eggs the classic way :)
The staff was really nice! Location of the hotel quiet, the room was pretty clean.
I recommend if you want to spend a weekend ord 2-3 days at the Futuroscope (only 19 minutes walk from the park). Nice and good breakfast although a bit expensive for a breakfast buffet.
We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stay for our trip. The check-in and checkout is easy and you are made to feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant has a varied selection of food which is well presented and tasty.
Perfect place to visit the futuroscope… enjoy the free parking of the hotel and in 10 minutes walk you will reach the futuroscope … supermarket and bakery store reachable by car (5 min). Hotel tick all the box for a short family stay
Close to motorway, plenty of parking space and lots of places to eat nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful, English speaking. This was my second stay at this hotel and I would recommend it especially travelling with children.
Very good breakfast for French hotel. Pool was smaller, than it looked on the hotel picture, but still very comfortable on a hot day. Walking distance from Futuroscope, bus stop to Poitiers center just in front of the hotel.
A great budget hotel for an overnight stay to break up the drive through France. The room was warm with a comfy bed. The continental breakfast was ok and at a fair price. There are restaurants nearby for an evening meal.
Very dog friendly we have 3 dogs and a lot of hotels will only allow 2 . One is particularly old so we asked for a ground floor room , they honestly cant do enough for you. Will definitely stay again.
It is conveniently located for those travelling as it's outside the city. The hotel is well decorated, clean and quiet, despite being located beside a major road. There are restaurants in the vicinity
