Really clean facilities. The staff was super friendly, and always made sure we were comfortable. We thought we were not going to be able to make it for the reception hours, and an immediate solution was found to get the keys.

We liked the spacious comfortable bedrooms. Good size beds. The warm cookie on arrival. The very friendly staff who spoke such good English! We stopped for one night on the way south and it was nice for that. The restaurant had a very limited menu, four starters and four mains. A little pricey but good quality. Cesar salads were a good choice. The tram runs along the outside which would be so handy for central Lyon if there was more time. The hotel is very dog friendly with no extra charge and they welcomed him into the restaurant! Nice green area for a dog walk behind and beside it.
Since there nog enough guests there was no breakfast buffet. However, "breakfast" if you can call it as such, was served on a dirty tray without cover and plates, with a miserable croissant directly put on the tray and some fruits were presented. So I had to continue my trip having a real breakfast elsewhere.Since one pays for breakfast the hotel should put more effort to present something reasonable!
We had a nice stay on our trip to the south. The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The morning buffet was right as it should be. And we had dinner into the restaurant in the evening and the food was good. The parking is also secure so you don’t have to empty your car for the night.
It is a good hotel for a layover or a short stay on your road trip. Basic facilities, but clean, easy to access and automated checkin after hours. The staff is nice and the area seemed to be safe. It is good for the price.
