You’ll receive an exceptional service from the moment you arrive. Everything is preempted for you making you feel very special as guests. The hotel is designed beautifully throughout with an incredible attention to detail. The bedrooms are stunning, spacious and provide spectacular views over the Champagne vineyards. The bar and bistro restaurant are brilliant but for a truly memorable experience book into The Royal which is outstanding. The Spa and treatments are 5 star and extremely luxurious. We spent two days at the hotel and neither of us wanted to leave - we can’t wait to return.

The owners were very helpful, told us of some interesting places to visit and they helped my wife with gluten free food, all in all a very pleasant 3 night stay, if we were to return to Epernay we would definitely stay atthe Kyriad.

We have visited a few times before and always enjoy our stay. Lovely staff, room which was recently refurbished was great and the food in the restaurant is amazing.

The location of la Villa Eugène is ideal for taking a wander down the Avenue de Champagne and marvelling at all the Champagne Houses you know, dropping-in and sampling a glass or two. Right next door to Mercier, the founder of which the Villa is named after, you can certainly sense the grandeur and history of the prestigious address. The hotel is relatively small and being a converted house, rather than purpose built, has some beautiful features that have been highlighted by the current owners. The breakfast was great and admittedly we didn't get to use the pool, as it was cold for early June, and we also didn't go to the bar.

There was nothing to see or to discover in Champillon, but...
There was nothing to see or to discover in Champillon, but was a nice, very small village. From there we explored the Champagne region, villages/cities (i.e. Hautvillers, Dizy, Epernay, etc.) and cycled the green cycling track next to the Marne river.
Location was amazing. Beautiful views. Property was absolutely stunning. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptional. The restaurants were incredible including the bar. This experience literally brought us to tears. It truly was the best vacation of our lives. We are already planning our return for next year. Definitely a must Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

Hotel is very new and well maintained. We arrived from Couchevel late in the night and the check-in was very swift. We had dinner at the restaurant in hotel.
Staff there were very friendly and kind too: they even helped to prepare porridge for our next day breakfast.
I have stayed in many great hotels and this is one of the best worldwide. The views never grow old; service and comfort first-class. Food exquisite at Bellevue. Le Royal restaurant is unforgettable.
