It's a beautiful hotel set in charming grounds. The restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. The buildings and grounds are simply beautiful with added bonus' of stunning views and constant bird song from the specimen trees.

Staff were incredibly friendly and there to help. They spoke English even though I tried to speak terrible french. The sparkling water on tap was amazing

We stayed in hotel for one night on the way to Annecy from Turin.
Great value for money.
Child enjoyed the upper bed.
Room was bigger than in similar hotel in Rotterdam.

Very friendly staff proposed that I leave the car directly outside the hotel rather than use the underground car park opposite because the car was too big (not enormous - an estate car)

I was staying from May 31- June 2nd in the superior room. I forgot my adapter charger was plugged in when I left, I called the hotel but the receptionist was not nice, she tried to avoid to find and told me that was not found, how came ? And put me on the line was very busy to wait.. this is not services as 4stars.. I would like to complaint about this
Charming hotel location on the top of a hill with a beautiful park and view. Excellent for visiting the region if you come by car. The style of the room, a bit retro, was elegant and nice. Good facilities. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful and large room in the main castle. Take a look at the transparent window on the floor overlooking the wine cellar.
very friendly staff. very comfortable. clean . even though it said no parking there was plenty of parking in the hotel grounds. a vending machine with everything for an emergency, even dinners you can put in the microwave. slept like a log . 5 mins drive there’s at least one restaurant a bar and restaurant,two large supermarkets and an amazing bakers
Good value, basic, stop-over hotel (we were travelling from Italy via Mont Blanc Tunnel). Everything worked fine and owners were friendly and welcoming. There is big supermarket (Super-U) close by and a fabulous boulangerie (La Paniere) within walking distance. Breakfast was good.
The reception team was great. Breakfast was superb with the best fresh bread ever.
We stayed on a Monday night, so most of the local eateries were closed. However, we came across Le Local. Pricey, but outstanding food, 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
Lovely setting - peaceful and quiet. Receptionist gave us information regarding local places to eat for supper as we were not looking for a 3 course meal at the hotel after a long day travelling. Superb information and a pleasant member of staff.
The room was set up great and very comfortable for a family. The staff was very nice. We loved the little lake nearby for swimming. And we chose this hotel for the electric car charging, which, after some effort, worked fine.
Straight across the airfield Chambery Challes Les Eaux, which is an ideal base for getting into the French Alps. Right next door there is a great pizza restaurant as well. A simple, clean hotel with friendly owner.
Beautiful, quiet hotel and grounds for a good price. Excellent dinner and welcoming staff in the restaurant (would recommend reserving a table beforehand). Free parking on the property.
