This is a family run auberge. It focuses on horse riding and horse pulled caravans. It is very popular with hikers and (motor) cyclists. I stayed for night on a longer car trip.

Fabulous location right by the lake which had a path along it, so easy to take our dog for a walk in the morning. The food was very good and our dog could dine with us at breakfast and dinner. Parking was simple. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a bath and a shower.

An adequate room on the ground floor as requested. The Hotel du Lac next door has a comfortable terrace where one can wait for Reception to book you in and provide a key.

Booked this very last minute and didn't expect much, but it's such a great hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the location was useful for us, and it's in a quiet setting.
Restaurant was lovely, had a really nice evening meal, didn't have breakfast so can't comment.
Pool and sauna were really nice to be able to access, only downside is you have to get them to turn the sauna on, and wait while it heats up.
