Exceptional rooms with great views, spacious and very comfortable. The rooms, the hotel in general, and the hilltop village it sits in were all absolutely beautiful and atmospheric. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

Cagnes-sur- Mer is a thriving hub about 4 miles from Nice with train and bus connections to all the surrounding resorts and hill towns in the area. There are plenty of shops for food, a market and lots of restaurants. a free shuttle bus is available to take you to the hill village of Haut Cagnes, well worth a visit and there is also a free bus to the beach although lots of the local buses serve the beach too as well as it having its own station Cros de Cagnes. A ten minute walk brings you to the station.

It is a town which combines the promenade ( tourist area ) and a working town with lots of shops, market and bus and train stations. The town provided easy access to Vence and Nice. Those interested in Art and History will be delighted with Renoir’s house and the Grimaldi Palace in Cagnes-sur-Mer. The Matisse Chapel ( Vence ) and lots of musee in Nice. All within 30 minutes by bus or train.

We loved this apartment and our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer.
We loved this apartment and our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer. Fabienne is so kind and helpful.
A minus is the noise from traffic and the airplanes, when the windows are open. The apartment is quiet when they are closed.
Walking in C-s-M is easy and the beaches are very easy to reach, though the markets are pretty far away and you have to take a bus there. The buses are always awful crowded.

This village, although fairly developed, was quiet and less expensive to eat and drink out than Nice, Cannes and other locations nearby. However, prices are high generally on the French Riviera.
There is a market once a week that was very nice, with a fair amount of local produce, and the atmosphere was great.
We found all the bars and restaurants well apointed, and provided a good choice.
There are many buses passing through the village, but again information on how to use the various routes was hard to find. Travel cards can be bought locally for €10 which give 10 single rides on the buses or trams - which is a must! One ride for any distance.

Town is near see . The biggest shopping mall in Azzure Coast - Poligon reviera located in the town. The Azzure Coast Hypodrom is also located in the town . There are a lot cafes and restaurants. The last house of famous painter Renuar is located also here .
The property is located well in calm and peaceful town of Cagnes sur Mer, very close (3-5 min) to the beach and 12 min walk from the train station and bus stop of regional buses.
Staff is nice and helpful, room was stylish and comfortable, had a nice terrace with a table so we always had our meals outside. Our room had a small kitchen that was extremely well equipped.
Basic cleaning happened every day, towels were frequently charged. The hotel has a beautiful pool area, which was great to relax in.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Its prime location by the sea and convenient for those traveling by car made it an ideal choice. What truly stood out was their exceptional service and attention to detail. Not only did they accommodate my needs during my stay, but they also went above and beyond by promptly sending me the belongings I had forgotten in my room. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Excellent place, had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of home made products, including from their garden. The location is very convenient, few minutes to a bus stop along which the bus 200 (Nice to Cannes) runs, and also very close to the train station, which made it unnecessary for us to use our car along the Riviera. Also the beaches in Cagnes-sur-Mer are in less than 30 min walking distance.
Everything! This Hotel is like a fairytale hotel set in a fairytale village! It is the most charming and cozy hotel I have ever step foot in! Everything about the property was fantastic and all of the staff were wonderful and so accommodating. All the rooms are unique, super clean, luxurious, and very comfortable. I truly can’t say enough fantastic things about this hotel! Thank you for the best stay, we only wish we could’ve stayed longer!
Our usage of the appartment was not the most common as we only slept one night and it was just fair to do that. The beds were fine and the shower too, despite some signs of old age. The location is also good, close to city center and restaurants and not so far away from the beach too. It was possible to check-in late with a code and a locker with the key.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean and spacious place with private parking, nice terrace and pool. Kids enjoyed the lovely outdoor area
Perfect choice for Nice, Antibes, Cannes as long as you have a car.
The host Pierre and his wife were super kind, welcoming and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay! I Highly recommend this place!
+:
Nice place/area, very kind staff, helpful and speaks English.
The hotel is situated on a busy road which is not disturbing due to good sealings.
o:
The room is ok and mostly clean, for some countries like Germany, Norway, and Denmark this room would not pass the checks.
(Still way-way better than anything I experienced in the UK :) )
Everything we imagined and then some. Quaint square atop a hill in Cagnes sur mer which is dripping in ancient history. We spent our 4 days doing day trips east and west in the French Riviera and ended every day back in the square for a wonderful meal either at the hotel or one of the other 3 eateries in the square!!
Room was beautiful. Spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. Maid staff were lovely and accommodating. Hotel was located near a lovely little square with lots of nice restaurants and spectacular sunset view.
Excellent! Very clean, quiet, cozy appartment. Made with love to details. Best location near A8, between Nice and Antibes. Free parking lot nearby. Friendly host Jean-Marie! Best choice.
Location was perfect, just a couple blocks from the sea. We loved the large outside patio with it’s view of the sea. An excellent restaurant in close proximity. Nice family setting.
Fantastic, family-run hotel. Friendly. Immaculately clean, spacious rooms, with lots of light and very comfortable beds. Great breakfast in a nice interior patio. Highly recommend.
