The accommodation was simply stunning, we loved all the buildings and common areas, as well as the grounds and pool. We enjoyed a dinner there, and the food was so fresh and amazing. Also the breakfast was delicious.

Location in the heart of a lovely little ancient hill town. Warm, welcoming owners. Great food cooked by Chef Greg. Glad we bought the meal plan.

Clean, comfortable room iwith a great location. Friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast with many homemade choices. Would certainly stay again.
The hotel is on a beautiful property. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't get to enjoy the gardens, but from the window it looked very pretty. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We liked it so much that we are going back there for new year's eve.
1.The quality of the food was outstanding.
2. The grounds around the hotel and short distance to nearest town
3. The customer service including the willingness to allow us to eat earlier at 7 rather than 7.30.
Fabulous hotel (converted mill?), on a river, on the edge of the Gorges of Aveyron.
And a wonderful restaurant.
And a million exotic birds in the garden.
