I forgot some items in the house when I left and the owner sent them to us by post.

Location is good (for the expo), plenty of free parking, free wifi was good (and you don't have to fill in your life story to access it), very good shower and easy check in / out.
They also don't want a credit card on record like so many other hotels (even if you have pre-paid).
The restaurant/bar is good.
