Very friendly and helpful personel. Great location if you are going to Roland Garros or like a quite neighbourhood and still not be to far from center of Paris. Just 30-45 minutes with metro(and it's just around the corner)

Great staff, very nice welcome, helpful throughout stay, really couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was nice - muesli, fresh croissants, different types of bread, ham, cheese, salami, even smoked salmon, fresh fruit, selection of jams, yoghurts and fruit juices. Attractive breakfast room/workspace looking on to well arranged courtyard, which must be a very pleasant spot to sit in during the summer (not quite warm enough for us in the morning in mid-September, though!). The room was sunny (might get hot in summer perhaps), immaculately cleaned every day, plenty of space. Well arranged. Comfortable mattress and pillows.

I thought the breakfast is generally highly overpriced for the fare offered. And we were charged the full cost on the day of the morning fire alarm incident when by the time we had breakfast a lot of the items had run out. Also the meal menu is very limited and not vegetarian friendly.

We visited to attend Olympics tennis, it was about an 8 minute walk away -perfect! The area is quiet but has a wonderful atmosphere, we visited several restaurants which were all fantastic. We did not use public transport but friends said they did have a bit of a walk-but they may have picked the wrong stop.

Better to find a less expensive, more convienient boutique...
Better to find a less expensive, more convienient boutique hotel in the 5th or 6th Arrondissements in the city. A suburb of Paris, it the last stop on the Metro and busses. 35-45 min outside Paris central. VERY limited dining, no attractions. Why? The hotels are more expensive and not any value compared to staying in the city.

They sent someone to solve the issue but it nothing changed
4G cellular signal is dead inside the apartment
We had to move to the window to get weak signal in order to connect the internet
It was bad experience anyway

The area is generally quiet residential area.
The area is generally quiet residential area. I have been here many times. I have friends living in the area and it is not too crowded unless during Roland garros season. Lots of nice restaurants, cafes and bakeries.

Hotel was clean and modern with enough character. Location was really good as it’s right next to the train station, has restaurants and a few shops close by. The water front is short walking distance which is another plus.
The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they are the main reason I plan to stay at Hotel Acanthe on my returns to Paris!
It was a wanderful hotel and the staff had a excellent service. They helped me by advising regarding the transport from airport and within Paris and answered to all my questions. Will highly recommend to my friend as well as return back at them again
The hotel is close to the Metro, which made it easy to get into the centre of Paris, there is also a good selection of shops nearby for food and drinks. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
relative to Parisian hotels, good size room and bathroom, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, staff pleasant and polite! I would choose this hotel again!
