The location was just right for my journey, and the facilities perfect for someone travelling with dogs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was worth getting a private first floor terrace to enjoy the evening with the doggies. The room was great - good kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and nice forest views. Good breakfast, too.

The pizzeria round the corner was a life saver when we couldn’t get food at the hotel. Their service was friendly and food great.
I liked the room, I had a bed to sleep on so that was important for me for my 3-day stay. The staff also tried their best to speak English. I know that they are in their own country and I respect the language. I just feel like, you need to at least speak a bit of English when working at an international hotel, especially with the Rugby World Cup, which I was there for.
Excellent location near tgv station (10 mins in taxi). Beautiful surroundings and lovely pool. Comfortable, clean and super friendly staff. Also great for pets as the whole hotel is enclosed and gated.
Hotel is located between Aix and Aix TGV station, closed to the highway. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but easy to join Aix and nice villages from the hotel. We appreciated the swimming pool.
The room was clean and equipped normally. The hotel has an own restaurant with a very good dinner as well as a pool. The receptionists were very kind (especially the man from late shift at 14.09.).

Quiet, nice grounds, ample parking, pool. The outdoor seating area was comfortable and the hotel doesn't mind if you bring your own food. There is a tiny kitchen in the room.
