Very friendly staff. We got a free upgrade and information about restaurants nearby. That was very helpful because it is hard to find an open restaurant on sunday. Nice and quiet place with a garden.

The location was good, easy to walk to Palais des Beaux-Arts, and very near the train stations. It's useful to have the staff there in the morning and afternoon and they were very helpful and friendly.

It was close to Lille and easy to drive there and find parking. Free parking at hotel. There were three restaurants in walking distance of the hotel to eat out in the evening. The best thing was the small airfield nearby where you could watch the planes take off and the people come down by parachute. Very little noise as only very small planes. The sunsets there were stunning as the hotel faced west. There was a huge Carrefour at the next motorway junction which was very handy.
I love the room, decoration, size, comfort, the privacy, the bathroom … it feels more like “home”, like a “tiny apartment” than “hotel” and when you’re a frequent traveler it’s sth you take into consideration.
The breakfast you can ask for the right time for your breakfast, and not only … freshly made coffee, butter, jams, bread, fruit … and scrambled eggs …

Clean, quiet, friendly, ample safe car parking. Hot shower. Good buffet breakfast with hot and cold choices.
Short 5 min drive into Tourcoing, from which it's very easy to get the M2 Metro into central Lille. Old town Lille is so beautiful, but Tourcoing itself is also very charming.
Very reasonable hotel this, would stay again.
