the cottage is in a very peaceful rural location - we loved listening to the birds and relaxing in the fresh air. Good quality renovation of an old building. our host lit the log fire for us which we appreciated . a stunning spread for breakfast with beautiful cakes , cheeses , a real treat.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay, lovely accommodation, very stylish and lots of space in the bedrooms. This isn't a cottage but a first floor apartment so a little surprised but didn't spoil the stay.

Comfortable accommodation in a peaceful setting. Very kind owners. We were too tired to drive to a restaurant in Moulins but there were enough facilities in our room to be able to eat a simple evening meal in it. Besson itself is a pretty village.

This is a very quite place. It is awesome to rest and relax after a long ride. If you are just looking for an over night stay, just add another day onto it. You won't regret it. It a wonderful place to regain your strength.
