Although the hotel is rated as three star, we were impressed with many things:
1. Extremely clean room, I noticed that they changed my wife's pillow case almost every day, since hair colour stained them. They also changed the bed linen after about 3 nights
2. Very helpful staff. Although not all spoke English, they still assisted us with any queries even when we wanted a printout of our edited airline tickets, they printed them before we even asked for them!
3. Good food. This includes breakfast since they even had Nespresso coffee available, fresh real orange juice, and fluffy, creamy scrambled eggs, apart from the bread, fruit and other pastries. We had dinner at the hotel in two occasions, and the food, including the desserts were great!
4. Free parking available. Initially, that was the principle reason for choosing this hotel over others. It was very convenient for us.
5. A good working air conditioning system in our room which worked throughout the night. It's amazing that many hotels we visited either had faulty A/Cs or the hotels switched off the system at some point during the night.
6. The bed was very comfortable. Both my wife and l managed to get some good night sleep.

My partner and I had the most fantastic three-day getaway in Bordeaux, greatly thanks to this incredible holiday accommodation! The landlords were incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The room was not only impeccably tidy with all the essential facilities but also beautifully decorated, which added a charming touch to our stay. It’s only about 20 mins away from city centre by bus with the nearest stop 5 mins walk from the house.
One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the sunshine by the pool. It's the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We loved every moment of our visit, and we're already planning to return when we come back to Bordeaux. Thank you for making our holiday special. Can't wait to be back!

Great location, short tram into the centre. Shop nearby too. The host’s communication was very good and a clear check in/out guide was sent beforehand. Apartment is spacious, bed is comfy.

A very nice apartment with excellent facilities, and ideal for a couple or lone traveller. Located in a pleasant neighbourhood, and close to some local stores. Nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk with frequent services to the main rail station (less than 10 minutes journey time) and to the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay- Bordeaux is a beautiful city and there is much for the visitor to enjoy. Fabrice is a friendly and helpful host, and his excellent English made communication very easy.
Hotel was great. Early check in at 12, and check out at 12 was fantastic.
Beds were comfy. Aircon worked really well. Location was easily accessible to bus and trams. the train station was about 18mins from hotel. You could also walk to the train station, it was about 15-20min walk.
Breakfast was included in our room price. Breakfast was basic, it was from 7-10, but on our last morning we were down around 9.20 and were told they weren’t replenishing the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing.
This was a colourful Hotel with a lovely quirky decor of bright colour's the room doors were decorated with paintings of surfboards anskd there were colourful paintings of fish hung on the walls. Ourcroom was pleasant and clean with a comfy bed. All in all a good place for an overnight stay especially as the hotel has a restaurant with a set two or three course meal. Breakfast is also available but we did not have time to partake. There is also ample safe parking.
The aparthotel is pretty new and therefore modern. Staff is very friendly. Parking is at a secure parking lot and if you dont mind walking than the city centre is a 45 minute walk away. In saying this, it is not a nice walk, just along a busy road.
I think the value for money is good. But dont stay here if you expect to dine in. Good for preparing your own breakfast.
Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful good sized carpark although spaces were small so cars were close together making un packing the car difficult. Rooms were normal hotel size but the family room was larger and good for adding a travel cot . Aircon good quiet rooms.
The hotel was modern, impeccably clean, rooms very comfortable & quiet. The staff were so helpful & kind. It was also great to have free & secure parking. We'll definitely stay there again if we visit again & will recommend it to family & friends!
The hotel is new, clean and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The location is OK, it is very convenient to take a tram to the city centre. Rooms are rather small, but clean and AC worked perfectly!

The location is great, right in front of the hotel there is the tram stop C. The staff was kind and helpful, facilities, big room and comfortable bed, everything was really good.
The neighborhood did not look safe.
Impossible to find a parking spot around the hotel, so you have to book a spot in the hotel's private parking which is 7 euros per night.
