Location on arrival was a great place to stay.
Cleanliness good.
The apartment is good, but does need some extras in the bedroom, namely bed side tables, so if you want a glass of water during the night you don't need to fish around the floor to find it. Also it would be helpful to have two bedside lamps,to be able to read after dark.
The main sofa/bed in the main room was most comfortable, but also needs tables either side for drinks, nibbles etc.

The room I used was great, bathroom spacious and very clean and a very comfy bed. I also enjoyed an brillant evening with friends who live locally, we had drinks in the bar and then ate in the restaurant, they had told me the food was good, local food well cooked, which was an understatement, so good.

River running through the centre - promotion of water sports such as kayaking.. town bridges bedecked with flowers and river walk ways.
Very impressive viaduct.
Good rail connections to Montpelier or to Beziers. The Passa Pais by bike is another very enjoyable option going from Bedarieux through to Mazamet on the old railway line now converted to a pedestrian and cycle friendly route!

I liked the location and the environment. Very calm, quiet and relaxing. This would be excellent especially for cyclists and walkers. There is a walk of approximately 25 minutes to the centre of the town of Bedarieux.
Moulin Gaillard is formed from an ancient and fascinating mill.
I had an amazing view of Le Pic de Tantajo directly from my room.
I would recommend the evening meals. The host, Mnsr Martin, provides an excellent meal.

Great location just off the A71 down a quiet lane with the gardens ending on the banks of The Loire. Best described as a 'Commercial Hotel'. I stopped off there going and then rebooked for my return from near Beziers in the South. That says it all really. Good choice of breakfast for the extra 10€ too. Recommended
The breakfast is Fresh and ample for a good continental breakfast. Plenty of good coffee. This is not a soul-less chain hotel where everything is the same. This place is unique ! Lovely location. Don't miss it !
