The personnel is very friendly, human and helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel location is close to the center (places graslin/royale) and the island machines, but also tram station is few min away. A bit far from the congress center if u want to walk, but easily accessible with the tram. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet neighbourhood.
