The hotel is well situated for exploring Cahors and its attractions. The room was basic but adequate and hotel was quiet. The receptionist (Sabine) was extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a pleasant meal in the restaurant on a busy evening. Service was good.

It is a beautiful place, in a natural environment and with everything you need nearby. The town is small but it has a supermarket and a place to eat. It is on the way to the towns we wanted to visit, so the location was very good for us. At night you only hear the crickets. The breakfast was very good, with yogurt, a delicious cake and the inevitable baguette. We would have wanted something salty too, but that's what they usually have for breakfast in France. The room we booked is in a mansard with a sloping ceiling, but it is spacious. There is a lack of acoustic insulation so as not to disturb those on the lower floor. Many thanks to Alex for your attention to details and for the supplies you left us for the road (we left very early and didn't have time to have breakfast)
