The location is very central and a few hundreds meters away from the oyster farm, and shops. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen small but well equipped. TV and all the rest was as described.

Great little town. Should have read more about it before we went as we didn’t realise that although there is a beach there’s no water to swim in as the tide is nearly always out. Good restaurants and bakeries.
This apartment was amazing for us: located in the Arcachon bassin, the house is in a quite neighboorhood in the quiter town Ares: plenty bike rides to go to Cape Ferret, Arcachon, or very nice ocean beaches, but with the added value of being a little out of the crowd. House wondefully equipped, and big enough for parents and two children even in a rainy day. Hosts are extremely responsive and give amazing tips. Beds comfortable, little patio very nice for lunches. I would give it a 11 but Booking does not allow. :D
Great apartment, with a very relaxing outdoor space. Parking included. Calm and peaceful. Arés is a very nice area to explore and sample oysters. Restaurant Le Pitey is excellent, a 20 minute walk towards Andernos Les Bains. Recommended for a short stay.
