We opt to stop here for safety and comfort. There are no staff which enables you to come and go at your leisure. We are aware this property has recently been taken over. The new carpets, furniture and additional mini fridge were very appreciated.

Reception was warm , friendly, helpful and informative and was equally good on our departure.
Room size was good, well appointed and clean. Bathroom was well provided with quality towels and toiletries and once again very clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food including cereals, bacon, sausage, eggs, cold meats and cheeses, yoghurt and fresh fruit and of course coffee, tea, water and fruit juice.
Hotel De L'univers is located a short walk from the Grand Place in the historic town of Arras. Guests can enjoy the hotel’s gourmet restaurant and relax in the bar.

Friendly and welcoming at reception, lovely to have a drink outside on the terrace, a great night sleep, efficient air conditioning and a fabulous breakfast again outside on the terrace. The absolute bonus is that this hotels is employing Ukrainien refugees - bravo!
This is our second stay at this hotel in a year. The reason we returned was the spa facilities and overall comfort this hotel provides. Staff are extremely helpful and eager to assist with any request. We will return again, two thumps up :)
Everything! The setting overlooking the golf course is beautiful and the hotel is fabulous. Fantastic restaurant. Ultra modern bathroom and easy parking. I wish we'd stayed longer. Will definitely come again and recommend to others.
I couldnt recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are modern and refreshing. The staff speak great English and are very helpful, and the hotel itself is amazing! The facilities are great, and the location is ideal!
