The hotel, located close to the downtown area, is less than a 10-min walk from the city centre, the cathedral and the Tarn river. It has its own, free parking; there's also a lounge and outdoor terrace, and at the reception you can order simple dishes. Room is relatively spacious, with tea and coffee facilities (electric kettle), wifi, a desk, two chairs, good lighting and a silent air conditioning. Our room on the parking side was quiet. Convenient location, close to exit road east to the D999. Good value for money. This was our second stay here, we would be happy to return on occasion.

Proprietor did not provide key until 2330. He did not answer my call at 1930, and did not call back. I had not heard back from him by 2000. It was getting dark so I rented another room. He sent a text at 2130, after nightfall and after I had rented another room. I called again at 2300 and was told that there was a key in a lockbox. I returned to the location and followed his instruction but there was no key in the keybox.
He was good, though, at taking my money.

Beautiful old city with a wonderful history. Spectacular cathedral, well preserved old architecture. Exceptional restaurants and bars with great service, can't recommend Le Vent des Anges highly enough. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here to attend the Pause Guitarre Festival and we were really surprised on how beautiful is Albi. Honestly, I did not expect anything like what we saw in the last 3 days. The centre is lovely and full of independent shops, and restaurants and cafes'.
we had lunch in a very nice seafood restaurant near the cathedral, fabulous!! Toulouse Lautrec museum is amazing. surely i want to come back to see more.

Albi is a fascinating town with a great history. The covered market is outstanding, with fabulous shops and places of interest to visit. There are a number of small villages nearby which are interesting as well as the Toulouse-La Trec exhibition. The church is really interesting inside and worth a visit. Excellent restaurants.

EVERYTHING. Our host was amazing, kind, and we left feeling like friends. We want to visit Albi again just to stay in her beautiful mansion and enjoy breakfast with her again.
The room is spacious, incredibly clean, with gorgeous rooftop views of Albi. We felt like royalty! This is the stay and vacation I will be talking about the rest of my life.

Christophe was friendly and welcoming. He gave us a local map and suggested places for our dinner. We selected a local restaurant and he was more than happy to make a reservation for that evening. The restaurant was Lou Sicret and the food and wine were delicious. The room was quite small but we also enjoyed a drink on the private terrace. We enjoyed our overnight stay in the hotel and loved our visit to Albi.
This apartment was perfect! It was sparkling clean, very well-equipped, and in an ideal location in the center of Albi. Elodie very kindly picked us up from the train station and helped us carry our bags up to the top floor. She went to great pains to explain how everything in the apartment worked and recommended a good baker's shop and some good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
This is an excellent location for visiting Albi. The hostess was most welcoming and helpful, advising what sites to see. If you don't want the hustle and bustle of a large hotel then this is the ideal place to stay. You certainly don't feel as if you are just another customer.
There is a pretty salon where you can sit relax and a fridge in a small kitchen area where you can place food.
What a fantastic secret spot in Albi - our room had an incredible view over the river to the cathedral. There were two adjoining rooms with access to a kitchen as well. Breakfast was delicious and generous and we were lucky enough to have it out on the terrace in morning sunshine. Mario is a fantastic, friendly host, too - and he knows all the best restaurants in town.
We had a superior room with terrace. Very quirky hotel. Quite delightful. Great breakfast, good spread with cheese, ham, pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice. I made a mistake in booking, didn’t book the first night I thought I had. Manager of hotel was very helpful finding us a room elsewhere in a jam packed city.

Nothing to like here. Very poor response from the proprietor, and additional stress on me because he did not provide the key until nearly midnight and only after I had rented another hotel room. No one wants to wait until midnight to secure their lodging especially after having paid for it.
We needed a hotel room for one night to sleep and have breakfast the next day. Ibis was perfect for this. It was clean and 5 minutes walk to center of town.
Breakfast was very good. My two children (12 and 16 , both petite) fit comfortably in the beds with me. We had a standard room.

Plenty of space, very peaceful on the outskirts of Albi. Good breakfast and our hosts were very accommodating. Jacques even booked a restaurant for us on the first night . Five minutes drive into the centre or thirty minutes walk.
The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The hotel was very nice on the inside and was in a great location. It was also very easy to park and there are loads of spots to eat around that area.
