An adequate but atmospheric room built into the roof and beams of an ancient building. Right in the centre of this lively town - only a minute from the Cathedral and central square. The host was very accommodating providing a parking space for my motorcycle in the garage.

The rooms are comfortable - good bed and a small fridge (with mini bar contents). There's a microwave for guests on the floor. The staff were very kind and helpful. There is a secure, gated car park for guest cars, which is fantastic.
All of the rooms are on the second floor with no stairs, so you have to carry luggage up two pretty tall flights to your room. The location is a bit outside of town, and there is no place to eat within walking distance. This is a hotel with limited reception hours, so you have to arrive within a very specific window of time (5-7pm) and there isn't someone generally there for questions. (I found the staff to be wonderful; it's just that the hotel doesn't pay them to be there but a few hours.)
