It has been a charming experience living in an ancient and stately woofer house, full of optional and with antique furnitures. We were almost like prince&Princesse.

The apartment is perfectly located, a wonderful location in the old historical part of town, close to the city centre where there is plenty to see and do.. it's a perfect town to chill and relax. We were lucky to be here for the summer night market, which had a wonderful small town feel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting Kokkola again, and look forward to staying here again!
Very nice location in the old parts of Kokkola. The apartment was clean, well equipped for longer stays but worked fine also for one night like I did. Having too much of standard hotels, this kind of odd accomodation is really appreciated. The inner yard will be nice in the summer. Cosy bedroom upstairs but watch out for the steep stair and low roof!
We booked this property in a last minute. I have never met such a generous and friendly host couple who lives in a mansion. It is the biggest apartment in Kokkola (west part of Finland) with two beds room, spacious living room with sleeping sofa (2 big sofa) and a big dinning room with cooking facility. The host provided us a sauna too.

very fancy flat in Kokkola with two single beds in the main bedroom and an additional bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen good to properly cook meals and very good bathroom with .....sauna!

Beautiful old harbor house - a bit outside Kokkola - so very quiet (at least in the winter). Pizza bakery nearby. Sauna available with dive in the digged hole in the ice! Would love to come back in the summer!!! ☀️Nearby (neighbor) café must be great in the summer too!
The train yard noises weren't audible in the rooms - they are located away from the yard, the public areas buffering the noise. Slept well, no noises anywhere. Spacious room. Breakfast was okay. Free parking outside (and gas station right next to hotel).
Superb quiet appartement with self checkin. Very quick and accurate response by host. A bit outside downtown Kokkola, but still in walking distance. Nearby park, sea, harbor and 🚒 station. We had an early checkin which was very much appreciated!
An exquisite historical milieu with everything you could think of needing on your trip to Kokkola. The common area, sauna and kitchen were also very good. Checking in/arriving was simple.
