The hotel is so well situated but the restaurant service has gone down over the last few years. We booked dinner bed and breakfast. The restaurant did not open until 8pm and there was only one person waiting on the tables. I went to the bar three times to ask for a drink, to have with my meal, and was told to sit down and yet a man who also went to the bar was served straigt away. I waited a least one hour without a drink and was offered no apology. Such a shame we really like the hotel but will not stay there again.
The hotel has a great feel to it. We loved the room, the bed and the breakfast choice was more than enough. Reception staff were excellent. We wandered out and about and grabbed a bite to eat and loved the town. We'll stop again for sure.
The hotel is next to the PORT AVENTURA Park. We didn't take breakfast, there are many wonderful cafes nearby. The room is small, some fluff was constantly flying from using a towel. But I didn't expect anything over, so 1-2 nights.
The location, handy for bars and eating places in the old city. The hotel is very well appointed , the room clean and comfortable. We got a free upgrade to a room with terrace which was a nice gesture.
The hotel is new and modern, really clean and staffs are amazing. We had a lovely stay here as there are many good restaurants and cafes around and the neighborhood is extremely peaceful and tranquil.
